Holding a Meeting to Review Areas of Scientific Cooperation Between Kharazmi University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China

On Wednesday, 27 Khordad 1405, a virtual meeting was held to review the capacities and opportunities for the development of scientific and international cooperation between Kharazmi University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Huazhong University of Science and Technology) China.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Tahayi, Director of the International Relations Center; Dr. Jafari, Deputy Director of the International Relations Center; Dr. Shams, Head of the Office of International Cooperation and Partnerships; Dr. Ehsan Pahgah, faculty member of the Faculty of Earth Sciences at Kharazmi University; and Dr. Liu from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. The two sides, while introducing the capabilities and educational and research capacities of the two universities, reviewed the grounds for expanding joint cooperation.
During the meeting, topics including the development of research cooperation, implementation of joint research projects, exchange of professors and students, holding joint scientific meetings and events, publication of research achievements, and use of the international capacities of the two universities in specialized fields were discussed.
The two sides also emphasized the importance of strengthening scientific communication among researchers and faculty members and providing the necessary groundwork for expanding university cooperation in areas of mutual interest. This meeting was held in line with the development of Kharazmi University’s international interactions and the expansion of its network of scientific cooperation with reputable universities around the world, and it was decided that consultations for drafting joint cooperation programs would continue in the future.
