In light of the tragic martyrdom of Ayatollah Raisi and his delegation, Al-Mustansiriya University, Al-Mustaqbal University, and the University of Technology, Iraq, have extended their deepest condolences to the President of Kharazmi University, the academic community, and the people of Iran. In their joint message to Dr. Hasan Beigi, the universities stated: "The heartbreaking news of the passing of Ayatoullah Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, along with his esteemed delegation, has deeply saddened us and the entire nation of Iraq. We honor Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi as a distinguished leader whose substantial contributions have greatly enhanced the development of amicable relations and fruitful collaborations between Iraq and Iran. In these somber and challenging times, we extend our heartfelt condolences to you, the academic community, and the people of Iran. We earnestly pray to Almighty God to grant eternal peace to the departed souls and to provide patience and strength to their families and loved ones.
